These are a representation of gross margin, annual/monthly churn rate and annual/monthly revenue per customer which can help one make an effective assessment of the state of a business. The L​TV/CAC ratio determines the return on investment. High LTV by CAC ratio means that the customers are contributing more value to the company than the cost of acquiring them.
