Since 2015 Kapston partnered with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) to impart training on various skill development programmes to youth from poor and marginalized areas of the country which brings them to the mainstream with social security and financial stability. The National Skill Development Corporation India (NSDC) is one of its kind, Public Private Partnership in India aiming to promote skill development by catalyzing the creation of large, quality, for-profit vocational institutions.

With a primary aim to get listed shares on the NSE Emerge and to raise the requisite funds to meet business/expansion programmes and to meet growing operational needs Kapston is planning to come out soon with an Initial Public Offer (IPO) to raise Rs.21.19 Crores through NSE Small Medium Enterprise (SME) Plat-Form.

23,04,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- are being proposed to offer at Rs.92/- per share by diluting to the extent of 26.5% equity share capital through a mix of Offer for Sale and issue of new shares.

Gross revenues and net profit for the financial year ended 31st March 2018 are estimated to be Rs.117 Crores and Rs.6 Crores approximately.

Pre-issue paid-up capital is Rs.7.54 Crores and Post IPO paid-up capital is would be Rs.8.64 Crores.
