GHAC’s The Hyderabad Mud Run is back for the third Time!!!

Muddy mayhem will soon embark on the city of Hyderabad as over 1000 participants are set to take part in the third version of the Hyderabad Mud Run being held on the 14th Sep 2014 at Lahari Resorts, Patancheru .

The Hyderabad Mudrun offers the participants a unique and immensely mucky fun run experience, thrill and excitement with challenging adventure obstacles among wet mud, water pits and slush. The event is created for the thrill seekers where participants will run, crawl, jump or even belly-flop their way through various obstacles, Water-pits, Slides, tunnels, walls and bridges.

Each year the track is newly laid with new obstacles and challenges. This year’s Mud Run consists of 25 Obstacles including a Walk Bridge. Tarzan Swing, Mud Slush, Commando Net, Tyre Field, Slipper Slides, Rope Traverse, Belly Crawl, Water Pits etc.
The Mud Run is for everyone above 8 years with no upper age limit as long as they are fit. Hoever, children below 13 years have to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The Mud run track is over a 2 km stretch and participants can run or even walk the entire course as per their abilities. Difficult obstacles can be skipped.

Diyanat Ali, the Founder of Great Hyderabad Adventure Club feels that the Hyderabad Mud Run is an amazing way for the outdoor and fitness community to do something fun and challenging. It is all about getting off the couch and having fun with friends and family. Support and conquer obstacles together on the 2 km track with 25 different challenges. The feeling of joy and accomplishment that you get from a grubby mudrun is far better than staying clean and sleeping on a Sunday and wishing that you took part in the mudrun after seeing your friends pictures on social media.

The Mud Run is conducted by the Great Hyderabad Adventure Club –GHAC and has attracted a lot of students, working professionals and thrill seekers who always lookout for a different kind of experiences and want to enjoy a good time with friends and break away from the monotony and mundane things.
