STARTUP LEADERSHIP PROGRAM Hyderabad chapter 2018-19 : The evergrowing network for life!

The Startup Leadership Program (SLP) is a highly selective, 6-month world-class education and mentoring program and lifelong network for founders and innovators.

Startup Leadership Program (SLP) was started in the year 2006 in Boston by Anupendra Sharma (VC in Lifesciences, BITS Pilani alum) and Puran Dang (Entrepreneur, IIT Kharagpur) with 7 Fellows. This program is a highly selective, world-class training program for outstanding founders, leaders, and innovators who want to become top startup CEOs.  SLP Fellows (participants) have founded more than 1,300 successful startups including ixigo, Innoz, Momelan, Runkeeper, SideTour, Shareaholic, Ubersense, Savored, Voicetap, and many others, which have collectively raised more than $500M in funding. Most of them have been acquired. It is a measure of the caliber of the people in the program.

The program began in Boston in 2006 with seven Fellows (participants). It has grown to 28 cities in 13 countries. Every year 15-25 Fellows join the program in every city. Each year around 500 Fellows go through the program as a single class. The Hyderabad chapter started in 2011 and has members from various sectors such as tech, live sciences, and clean-tech since it’s inaugural class. The program is spread across a 6 month period with 10 classes held on every second Saturday of the month from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. With an accomplished faculty comprising of entrepreneurs, VCs and specialists, Startup Leadership follows a pioneering curriculum that is pertinent to the business ecosystem today.

  Actlogica believes that Actuarial Mathematics can solve the most complicated problems that a business may have. They engineer solutions that empower businesses from Finance, Insurance and Banking industries with intelligence about their customers, help sales teams with increased quality of sales, liabilities, and future projections and a lot of other commonly unsolved areas in a business.

‘Amaavi’ is founded with the goal of making travel personal because every individual sees the world through their own unique lens.

#5 Chaitanya Krishna AdUnit Media Network (Branding / Advertising / Digital Strategy      Consulting)

They help organizations and brands observe and act upon possible opportunities (which are a plenty today!), to not just sustain in the market, but create a new space for themselves and soar beyond the conventional industry boundaries.

#6 Gopal Krishna Bethamsetty DrawMyPic (E-commerce): 100 percent hand made portraits at simple prices and also draw the color portrait, black and white portraits, oil paintings and wall paintings.

#7 Haindavi Dandu Print Pack Exchange (Manufacturing, E-commerce): One stop communication web application for printing & packaging manufacturers. an online platform aimed to bridge the gap between the suppliers, manufacturers, service engineers and spare parts dealers for printing & packaging industries in India.

#8 Jashwanth Reddy Hindsight (Technology): Redefining Native Search for Digital Media Publishers

#9 Kishore Samanuri – (Agriculture, Farming): Played a lead role in building Smart AP Foundation (SAPF) from the seed stage. Developed program strategies/action plans to catalyze community action to achieve sustainable outcomes across multiple sectors. Facilitated development of smart model villages, through a strong partner network.

#10 Koushik G Sai:  Koushik works closely with the team to source, evaluate and monitor investments in Healthcare, Healthtech, Blockchain, and Agitech sectors. Prior to his foray into venture capital, he worked as an associate in the healthcare team of an investment banking KPO with UBS as the key client.

#11 Likitha Bhanu Terragreens Organic: Terra Greens Organic is an organic food company started by Terrafirma Projects Pvt. Ltd; a company based in Hyderabad, India. Conceptualized on the lines of purity and quality, the brand stands for healthy and tasty organic food. In addition to that, the company aims to revive sustainable agricultural practices in India through organic farming.

#12 Nagaraj Battula Gatedzones.com (Internet, Mobile App Development): Gatedzones is an online award-winning platform that was developed to help the residential and commercial communities. Gatedzones works to bridge these gaps by ensuring that gated communities have value for their money while maximizing profits for the owners of the apartments.

#13 Nagaraju Munnuru Karthikeya Organic Farms Private Limited (Organic Food, e-commerce): Karthikeya Organic Farms Private Limited is a Private incorporated on 13 April 2017. It is classified as a Non-govt company and is registered at Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad. It is involved in Growing of crops; market gardening; horticulture.

#14 Naveen Kumar V NaPanta (FarmGreen Agritech India Private Limited) (AgTech): NaPanta is a Digital Platform designed to assist farmers in agriculture. Since June 2017, about 110,000+ farmers across the state of AP & Telangana subscribed to access real-time market prices, crop management techniques, crop insurance, cold storage services, pest & disease management information.

#15 Prateek Rathi Norfest (F&B): “Norfest” in Hyderabad operates in a hybrid model across three formats viz Cloud, Service outlets and Restaurants and aspire to be full-stack food solution company across national and global level.

#16 Preeti Sinha Greens and more (Health and Wellness): They strive towards creating salads with a difference with the intention to bring nutritious, delicious and convenient health food that maximizes micronutrient intake and helps one reach closer to health goals.

#17 Rakesh Munnanooru WhistleDrive (Transportation): The startup provides an end-to-end automated employee transportation solution for corporates along with a driver-on-demand solution for car owners.

#18 Srikanth Nimmagadda myPIIN (HR-Tech): The purpose behind myPIIN is to enable you to build your ‘professional-brand’ by capturing the value of your professional impact and goodwill. Your professional-brand value would be an indicator of your unique professional journey and help you to position yourself strongly within your existing organization.

#19 Srujana Raghupatruni U Cellerite Systems Pvt. Ltd. (E-Mobility/ Energy): Cellerite Systems is a Hyderabad based startup, founded by IIT Delhi Alumnus, is into the EV charging infrastructure manufacturing.

#20 Sudarshan Reddy Pullalarevu Nino Toys (Educational Toys): Nino toys limited is a toy design company who combines the world’s leading technologies in certain sectors and industries to produce and develop hi-tech toys for the toy industry.

#21 Vamsi Seemakurthi Lensfit International (Internet, Retail and Eyewear): Lensfit is a technology-focused online retailer of prescription and fashion eyewear.

#22 Vivekanand Vellanki Qalaxia (Edtech): Qalaxia is a question-and-answer platform built to nurture the inquirer, seeker, and explorer in every student. Qalaxia encourages students to gain knowledge not just from teachers, but also from remote industry expert volunteers.
