Hecoll- Maskup

One of the most important protocols in today’s world is to wear masks once we step out of our homes. Taking this as one of the considerations, Deepti Natala from Hyderabad has founded Hecoll which protects us from 95% of environmental issues,99% UV rays, kills virus, bacteria, and current coronavirus! Deepti feels that a cloth can protect us only 15% from the pollution which indeed can cause Skin and hair issues and thus she brought up the Nanotechnologist inside her to experiment and create Hecoll: a combination of Cotton with a bodyguard molecule that gives us 3 in 1 protection. To date, Deepti and Co have made and sold 20 types of products using this material like Baby dresses, nurse and doctor uniforms, travel kits, and army uniforms and has successfully run a business of 1 crore rupees.

Deepti presented her idea in Shark Tank India for an investment of 1 crore at 1% equity. The main vision is to introduce Hecoll to every part of India as it is eco-friendly and therefore helps in creating a  healthy, fresh environment and further turns Hecoll into a global company.

The specialty of Hecoll is that every material made will be tested in a national accredited lab NABL in Delhi to ensure the quality and purity of the product. The total Revenue of the company to date scales to 1cr 7 lakhs in which 7 lakhs is from b2c and 1cr bagged from b2b in the past  2 years. All the Sharks were quite impressed with the idea but have stepped back as they felt Deepti was confused about her pitch. However,  even if no deal was conquered Deepti was quite confident and happy for their feedback. Let’s wish her the best of luck and continue the same spirit!
