A tribute to India’s missile man

India’s missile man is no more. Dr.Abdul Kalam died while doing what he loved the most – Teaching. He passed away on the 27th of July while delivering a lecture to students at IIM Shillong.

He is truly an inspiration to every Indian. He was born in Rameswaram in a poor fishing family and rose to become a scientist and the President of India only through sheer determination, hard work and passion. He was known as the people’s president and he always enjoyed being around students.

As a tribute to the great man, we have compiled a few of his quotes which are a manifestation of his indomitable spirit and sterling personality. The first three are my personal favourites .
