SUCSEED INDOVATION LEADS A SEED FUNDING ROUND FOR HEALTH-TECH STARTUP, AYURYTHM.

Entering into the health-tech sector, SucSEED Indovation Fund led a seed funding round for an undisclosed amount to Bangalore-based Ayurvedic wellness startup, AyuRythm on August 4, 2021, with participation from several other angel investors. 

Ayurveda & Yoga have been an integral part of Indian history and culture. The onset of the pandemic pushed people back to their roots, realizing the importance of building immunity & holistically reducing stress, adopting ancient practices such as yoga & Ayurveda. Aiming to bring this holistic goodness to consumers everywhere, Ramanath Padmanabhan, Sandeep Acharya, and Abhilesh Gupta founded AyuRythm, an Ayurvedic health-tech startup in 2016.

Blending the age-old goodness of Ayurveda & yoga with modern technology, AyuRythm is a hyper-personalized digital companion for holistic wellness & healthcare. Their patent-pending technological innovation, Nadi Pariksha, a simple 30-second digital pulse analysis using a smartphone is lauded & approved by leading ayurvedic doctors across India. Having seen a surge in activation rates by 60% with 100,000 installations since the second wave of COVID, Abhilesh Gupta, Founder &CEO, AyuRythm said, “People are unique and so are their wellness needs. Our aha moment came when we realized more than 90 percent of consumers are looking for sustainable wellness solutions beyond aggressive exercise like running, weight-lifting, and cycling. The Future

The Ayurvedic & allied industries are estimated to boom at 16% CAGR to reach $15 Billion by 2022, and more with the millennial generation adopting a healthier lifestyle & focusing largely on natural, healthy & sustainability.  Speaking on the seed funding, Abhilesh noted, “The seed funding we raised from SucSEED Indovation Fund and such established angel investors will help us enhance our product and technology capabilities, strengthening our team and accelerate growth.”
