Mentoring Session for Women Entrepreneurs

WE@Headstart, presents a unique Mentoring Session for Women Entrepreneurs in Hyderabad – a unique opportunity for startups to be mentored by industry experts.

Happening on the 22nd of October 2016, this is a jam packed event with highly curated women founders, top notch industry experts invited as mentors and tons of ideas & advice bouncing back.

Who are ‘WE’?

WE@Headstart are a passionate bunch of people, determined to impact the lives and businesses of as many Women Entrepreneurs as possible! “WE” is a community of women entrepreneurs where all members support each other through their journey of growth and building amazing products.

An initiative of the Headstart Network, WE’s sole aim is to help women come out of their shell and explore in a community that helps, learns and grows together. Everyone in the community roots for each -  we are here not to compete, but complement and collaborate.

First timers can benefit a lot from this community.WE is geared at infusing self confidence in early stage women entrepreneurs so that they are able to headstart their journey without constraints.

The “WE” team has curated 5 top performing founders who are not only amazing at what they do but also genuinely want to mentor new startups & help them grow.

#1 Lalitha Yanamandra, GM & Head – Enterprise Delivery, Capillary Technologies

Lalitha has 12+ years experience in Technology based product development  & services. She works with eCommerce & Learning Technology industry and has played key roles in Strategy, Product Development & Business planning.

She currently oversees the Delivery Department for Enterprise & Super Enterprise accounts in India & South East Asia. She works closely with the business stakeholders to understand their e-commerce road-map and plan the deliverable. She also work closely with the Business Analytics team to help analyse their online business and provide Insights for enhanced User experience & increase ROI.

#2 Sheela Panicker, Founder & Brand Mentor – EnRight PR

Having successfully founded EnrightPR for a over decade now, Sheela has helped launch several brands, creatively communicated many success stories of start-ups, growing and mature corporations, and numerous well known celebrities.

At the onset of her career she was a part of large brands like ITC, Xerox and LG, and her love and passion for Public Relations sowed the seeds for EnrightPR. Her drive to “Make Things Remarkable” along with a talented and driven team has resulted in a unique PR and Brand consulting firm that has become a name to reckon with not only in Hyderabad but across several cities.

#3 Harini Prabhu, COO – Whats In a Name Creatives Pvt. Ltd.

Harini is the COO of one of the fastest growing full service advertising agencies – Whats In a Name Creatives Pvt. Ltd. With exceptional selling skills, Harini has added most of the renowned brands to its profile and has been consistently driving the number game to her favor. She heads the Marketing & Social Media division of the company, has been instrumental in crafting marketing strategies and also guides the team on consumer insights.

Harini has been chosen as the youngest secretary of the Advertising Club Hyderabad and has been a part of the same for 3 consecutive years.

#4 Purnima Kamble, Partner – Fox Mandal & Associates

Purnima heads the firm’s Hyderabad practice along with additional focus on corporate real estate i.e tenant side leasing, in the firm’s South India practice. She has approximately 18 years of experience in areas of corporate/ commercial law and real estate practice including legal consultancy in foreign investments, joint ventures, merger and acquisitions, capital structuring, land acquisitions, commercial leasing and civil /commercial litigation.

Who can Apply:

Women Entrepreneurs who have:

– Early and growth stage ventures, preferably in their 1 – 3 years phase, are eligible to apply.

– A long running small business and looking to scale can also apply.

– Pure Idea Stage venture, should have done significant market research and should have clearly defined business model.
