Autozilla Secures Bosch As An Equity Partner

Bosch Joins The Team
Global service provider, Bosch acquires 26% equity stake in the Telangana-based Autozilla. Through this, Bosch aims to integrate Autozilla’s eCommerce platform with its digital platforms. This will enable Bosch to streamline and expand their digital B2B marketplace for independent aftermarket (IAM) services in India. Moreover, this integration will improve the quality of catalogue search and streamline the ordering of spare parts from workshops to distributors. Additionally, Bosch can address availability of spares with shorter lead times.
