Cafe like co-working lounge by ‘The Chocolate Room’ coming soon in Hyderabad
5 years ago Tata TejaThe Chocolate Room, planning to launch a Café Co-working Lounge at Hitech City this month. The 3,000 sqft lounge will have four cabins designated for co-working and also have a 100 seater lounge. The new facility will see an investment of Rs one crore, said Chaitanya Kumar, CMD-The Chocolate Room.
“We have designed based on the feedback from our loyal customers who want to work for four to five hours and to have meetings,†he said. The cabins are designed in way that allows the guests to rest’ while they are at work and gives stress free and these are so helpful for new startups. They will be available between 8 am and midnight.
The company is pricing each seat for approximately Rs 5K a month with an unlimited supply of coffee. “We are the first to do a café co-working format. The company will work on more innovative formats very soon and to expand 500+ outlets in pan India by 2020â€ÂÂ

It has eight work hubs in Hyderabad presently and looking at expanding its footprint in Hyderabad and also planning three more such lounges in the city and at least two each in Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai and Delhi†we are operating FOCO model outlets too very successfully, said Dinesh, Asst Director-The Chocolate Room.
