The Bangalore-based company began its operations in the City of Pearls with three properties – Colive Garnet in Gacchibowli, Colive Elara& Colive Ruby in Gowlidoddi which are located in proximity to Financial District & High-tech City and corporate giants like Wipro, Deloitte, DLF, Amazon & Apple. Colive Elara is leading the fray & was booked out in the first month of its launch, hinting at the huge demand that exists in the market for co-living spaces. Founded in 2016, Colive provides serviced homes in prime locations, near educational institutes and business parks.
