This innovative online event which was held during 26-27 November 2020 was a much-needed breath of fresh air into the digital content creation business. With eminent guests such as fashion blogger Komal Pandey and lifestyle blogger Tanya Khanijow, it was a fun-filled and insightful experience for one and all. While the pandemic lead to the cancellation of most events this year, Influencer Con decided to make the best of it by bringing in the best possible experience on an online platform. Shark Tank @ Influencer Con 2020
For innovative minds with banging business ideas, Shark Tank at Influencer Con 2020 presented a unique opportunity to win up to Rs 5,0000! Top influencers and CEOs at the conference mentored small startups and helped them launch their media business. All they had to do was apply their learnings from the various sessions into their app-based businesses and the top three ideas would win exciting rewards! The 5 participants who managed to make sales at the event were awarded cool goodies. The final results of Shark Tank are set to be out on 31 December!ÂÂÂ
Bring in the Bling
Influencer Con 2020 was graced by some of our favourite creators on the internet – Priya Saini, Somya Luhadia, Garima Bhandari, and Tanya Khanijow. Participants had the chance to interact with them while they put forth their best, candid selves. The creators opened up about the nitty-gritties of the online content creation business, the good and the bad. Each session had a homely environment where participants got to know the biggest creators on a personal level.
Learn from the Experts
On the first day of the Conference, keynote speakers such as Ishita Mithrani and Rahul Kalra presented their thoughts on various topics, such as the Tik Tok ban and how to stay relevant on social media during changing times. The participants were provided with a vast cache of information related to content creation in the online space, and how to use recent developments such as the introduction of Instagram Reels to their advantage. On the second day, eminent speakers such as Himesh Madaan (Motivational Youtuber), Taskeen Fatima Basha (CEO, Skillo by The Urban Fight), and Sharique Samsudheen (Founder, Fundfolio) conducted a session titled “I have a good following, what next?†while Sriharsha Karamchati (Co-founder, Socionity) and Apaksh Gupta (Founder & CEO, OneImpression) spoke conducted an interactive session on how to become an “Influencer-preneurâ€ÂÂ. Various sessions were also conducted on how to establish your content niche, grow a loyal audience and various tips and tricks to make it big on Instagram, Youtube, etc.

Alongside the highly enlightening sessions and workshops, participants were provided with various handouts underlining key points on how to succeed as a content creator in today’s times. Some of our favorites include “Finding Your Niche†by Sriharsha Karamchati and “Building Your Influencer Agency†by Shreyas Reddy.
