News Distilled For iOS Now!

Remember we spoke about how NewsDistill is going to simplify your news reading from current affairs, to local and entertainment news, to your favourite newspapers all aggregated under one app. Not just global and regional news, their app lets the user choose multiple languages, watch videos and browse through more topics at a shorter span of time.

Since the launch of NewsDistill nearly six months ago on Android devices, they are taking their news reading experience on the iOS market. With 2,00,000 users under their umbrella, NewsDistill announced the launch of their iOS app on April 29, 2016.

Bhaskar Reddy, VP Marketing of the company said, “NewsDistill aims to enrich user’s news reading experience by providing news at a glance. We went through the valuable feedback and suggestions from the users and we decided to launch the app for iOS users as well.”

According to their sources, the NewsDistill app got a overwhelming response from its users with more than 2000 percent growth in pageviews and a massive 310 percent growth in daily active users while regional language users contribute to over 75 percent of the total traffic. Speaking about regional languages, the app currently supports languages English, Hindi and Telugu but they plan on catering to all regional languages like Tamil, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, to name a handful.

This news app hosts over 30+ categories like Top News, Politics, Entertainment, Business, Tech, so on and so forth making the user experience easy, simple and fast. Just hover on the category of news you want to read and it filters news according to your taste and likes, for you to read it.After the launch of NewsDistill on iOS they are expecting to cater to 2 million users by the end of 2016.
