T-Innovation Mahotsavam – World Creativity And Innovation Day ’23: April 21, 2023

Creativity is the essence of an artist, and there are no limits to creative expression. Aligning and utilizing creativity to solve social and economic problems can be an innovative way to explore possible solutions. To raise awareness of the role of creativity and innovation in all aspects of human development, the United Nations designated 21 April as “World Creativity and Innovation Day“.

On this day, the world is encouraged to embrace innovation to harness the economic potential of the Nations’. Additionally, to achieve the 2030 Agenda of Sustainable Development Goals, creativity, and innovation are important weapons. Lastly, this day marks a way to spread awareness and educate people on the issues concerning humanity.

Further, for the year 2023, the theme for World Creativity and Innovation Day is “Step Out And Innovate“.

Telangana’s Attempt At Innovation & Creativity, T-Innovation Mahotsavam

Celebrating the state’s inclusive innovation ecosystem, Telangana Government is organizing T-Innovation Mahotsavam on 21st April 2023. This awareness session intends to spread awareness about the importance of innovation across the state of Telangana. Aiming to do so from the grassroots level, this awareness session will be run across all villages to help them learn about innovation and identify relevant problems they face in their daily lives.

In the latter part of the session, villagers will also engage in brainstorming and ideation to come up with frugal solutions for their problems. Moreover, the Telangana State Innovation Cell along with the Dept. of PR&RD will be conducting an #HourOfInnovation. This will be a dialogue on Rural Innovation, in the villages across the 33 districts of Telangana. EAbhyas Academy is the academic partner that is helping the government conduct #HourofInnovation as part of T Innovation Mahotsavam on 21st April in budget private schools of Telangana
