Milcah  says Shreena always found interest in fashion styling and designing while she had a knack for business acumen. The two best friends brainstormed and started a venture by selling creative, Eco-friendly and customized tote bags. Their fashionable and economical products mainly target young, college students. The concept of customization has been their calling. It was a mix of their creativity and the desire to offer what the customer wants. Now, their sprawling business stretches from phone charms, watches, clothes to a range of jewelery.

The Bag Shop; A Hyderabad based Creative Start-Up came into its existence in November 2011 when they were just 19-year old college girls. The initial three months were a tough start, yet they managed to break even. With their minimal savings and reduced time amidst college exams, they had to come up with a strategy that would offer them success and higher returns. The duo give a lot of credit to Facebook for their publicity. The girls gained popularity with word-of-mouth and increasing likes in the social platform. They have been able to interact better with the customers who love their brand or even just the idea of it.

The young entrepreneurs are very excited and assure all the fans that they have huge future plans for expansion.

The Bag Shop has been one of the many creative startups that has benefited from Facebook. These type of businesses have now exploded over the past decade and they survive with either little or no investment over these social platforms and find themselves as an overnight star.

Facebook pages have been helping such creative ventures by introducing them to a huge population and thereby creating a huge customer base. Whether it is to lend a helping hand to a startup or to enhance an existing company, Facebook shines with its strategies.

The largest technological change has been the creation of social media, but the evolution of how people use social media is just as important as its emergence. And The Bag Shop seems to be rightly doing so.
