Adonmo an outdoor agency was developed by Sandeep Bommireddi and Sravanth Gajula who thought to bring a solution for expensive outdoor advertising. A Hyderabad-based startup which gives time and location-based advertising to advertisers using digital screens that are mounted on top of cabs. Its target is based on age, gender, demographics for outdoor advertising.
Example: If you want to advertise your school at a particular location, or if you have a restaurant and want to advertise at a particular time mostly during lunch and dinner time then adonmo is an easy way to reach out.
They implemented the idea in 2016 and developed the prototype in 2017 and did a field test for 5 cabs. They launched 40 cabs around the city and now working with 100 cabs. It has reached 20 clients now and had their first break-even recently and raised 2.6 crores from angel investors.
The team has developed few sensors with machine learning, image processing and cloud-based technology it will understand what kind of people are around it and gives you knowledge about the customer behaviour, and then the team tracks the right audience and displays the relevant ads accordingly.
Then the team tracks the customer behaviour with its predictive analysis and designs creative relevant ads for right people at the right place and at a right location.It has targeted to hit 1000 cabs this year and also aiming to expand its operations to other cities. It is also planning to display ads on other automobiles as well.
Sandeep mentions that the company is working accordingly with Telangana government as it has passed few guidelines in terms of how many ads can be played, the brightness and how flashy the content can be so that it will not distract the passengers on the road. The team always try to bring best possible solutions to ad design, location and time to advertise.
In recent Global entrepreneurship summit 2017, Adonmo was the startup to win in Road to GES 2017 competition.Adonmo has incubated at T- Hub and now it running its outdoor advertising in 3 cities- Hyderabad, Vijayawada and Vishakapatnam.
