AppVirality – Plug and Play Growth Hacking Toolkit for Mobile Apps

One may conjecture that an album with run-of-the-mill props, alien lyrics (for most of us), not so famous celebrities and no overblown music may not be the best sell out (Well may be in the domestic land but probably not globally). But what the K-Pop music album Psy famed “Gangnam style” has achieved with its more than 2 billion you tube hits is extraordinary. Considering majority of the likers probably do not even understand Korean. Could this be luck? Or perhaps a sterling marketing gimmick turned growth hack? Yes and yes.

In case you are coveting similar popularity “Psy”ch yourself up for a treat because Voilà! There is an app for it. Only this does not bet on luck.

appviralitylogoApp virality, an app for apps, lets your business go viral. “It is a plug and play growth hacking toolkit, for mobile apps that helps businesses identify and implement the right growth hacks with no coding required.” Their logo showcases a rocket in its launching stage. Interestingly, using this app is no rocket science.

The Ram-Laxman duo is back from Treta to Kalayuga, except this time they intend to save your mighty business from online marketing inhibitions.

“We are (brothers) bloggers and Startup addicts, Ex- Oracle, Infosys, Wipro employees from India with the experience of building successful Startups providing world class solutions.” reads their clutter free official website. Putting their addiction into pragmatism co-founders Laxman Papineni and Ramakoteshwarrao Papineni have already co-founded three Start-ups- Makeideaz, a blogging network, MomGrocery.com, an e-grocery store and Giveaway.ly, an online advertising network. But because their entrepreneurial “virus” could not be “quarantined” it engendered another Startup in January,2014, Appvirality. The inspiration for it stemmed from their third Startup the clients of which were shifting to mobile platform and seeked their help in organic growth. The fact that having a dedicated growth hacker would be bearish on the business’s wallet is what led them to an epiphany – The need for a unique growth hacking toolkit. The Hyderabad based Startup stands out from the herd by helping the app developers in utilizing a built-in recommendation engine to recognize and in turn execute the perfect growth hack without the daunting task of coding.

Mobile app is at the heart of mobile industry speeding up with its every beat and in turn engendering faster evolution of the industry. With an explosion in increased use of apps for promoting businesses, it becomes important to outdo the competition in marketing. This is why it is significant for apps to have the right viral features which in itself eat away a good chunk of time and money to perfect. App Virality is the answer to the problem. Businesses need analytical nuances and significant data to resolve what works best in every step towards growth. Appvirality uses both A/B testing and in-depth analytics to cater this. It also helps boost:

1) App downloads
2) Lead generation
3) Customer retention
4) User engagement
5) Social media buzz and branding
6) In-app surveys / polls / reviews / ratings
7) Identification of top influencers

The app will be free of cost to everyone for 0-10000 MAU (Monthly Active Users) after which they will be charged $200 and $600 for 100,000 and 3,00,000 and above MAU.
