Automobile problems solved in a tap! : Motofix

What’s better than a cup of hot coffee in the morning and a nice bubble bath! Getting all decked up, you leave for work only having your bike broken down on the way! Isn’t that a total bummer for your day’s start?

A bike is a priced possession of not only all those sassy and youthful teenagers out there, but also daddy’s and mommy’s who love to bike around the city. But this possession comes with a lot of work – continuous repair and maintenance, fuel checks, emergency hacks, cleaning and washing the vehicle and servicing in the right manner. What if we deliver to you a one stop solution to all your problems – Motofix.

Classic. What is it about?

Motofix is a Hyderabad based startup that provides hassle free repair and maintenance service for 2-wheelers. From picking up your vehicle, taking to the right service center, and delivering it back to you on time at your door step; Motofix specializes in delivering ultimate customer satisfaction.

Incorporated just a few months ago, Motofix is all energised and gaining traction on its app widely in the city of Nizams.

Tell me more..

With increasing workload and individuals plunging into the world for business, meager things have gone out of focus and thus, everything needs to be quick and within a few taps. Between all this, finding your right man for repairing your bike doesn’t come in very handy. Owners of these 2 wheelers either end up paying unreasonably more or do not find the perfect service center and technicians to solve their problem. This is where Motofix comes into picture to deliver a professional and hassle free platform with the best of technicians in the right service workshop with affordable rates.

Wow! Who is the brainchild behind this?

Bharath BopparajuFounded by Bharath Bopparaju, Motofix has been successfully growing with their mobile app to engage users into the everyday task of 2 wheeler care. Bharath has completed his graduation in B.E.(Computer Science) from Nagpur University and joined his traditional family business along with business management training for a couple of years. He has been working as Trade and Supply Chain Partners with few top automobile brands for over 6 years now and has successfully managed a 250 crore turnover business spread across multiple locations with over 500 employees.

The core team members also include Tarun Agarwal, COO at Motofix who is a B.Tech(Computer Science) from JNTU, Hyderabad while working for Inside Sales in HSBC. Post HSBC, Tarun worked on both the Home and Business Divisions for DELL and also piloted Canada’s SOHO Division. Tarun also worked as Head-Operations and Business Development for a period of 2 years. The company is also in talks of hiring a full time CTO for developing and enhancing their operations.

The core team at Motofix is aware of the daily life problems of the individuals today and realize how important it is to make this service available on users fingertips. This is where they generated the idea and decided to redesign the work to disrupt the space.

The ultimate goal..

“We do not want to create the wave of disruption. I come from a family of automobile trade and understand the daily life problems of people. All we want is to smoothen the process and work with the ecosystems of services.”, said Bharath, Founder at Motofix.

This innovative startup wishes to provide a platform to empower customers with information and highlight technicians to help customers make informed decisions choices. So, what are you waiting for? Grab your phone and service your 2 wheeler right away!
