The original ask by the pitchers was for an investment of Rs. 75 lakhs for the equity of 4%. Sharks Namita and Aman have come up with a counteroffer of 50 lakhs and 25 lakhs in debt at 12% interest in exchange for 20% stock in the company. Namita and Aman revised the offer to 75 lakh rupees with no debt. Pitchers have countered a 75 lakh rupee offer for a 10% stake in the company.
