CREATE – CREDAI Telangana Real Estate Awards for Telangana recognized the best real estate projects based on design, innovation, and execution across the Telangana State

The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) Telangana presented the 2^nd edition of ‘CREATE -2019’ to members for outstanding contribution to the real estate sector during the last financial year. CREATE-2019 (CREDAI Realty Awards for Telangana) is a platform by CREDAI Telangana, under whose aegis different awards were given to the members who have exhibited excellence in different facets of real estate activity. The glittering awards ceremony was graced by Shri Thaneeru Harish Rao, Minister of Finance, Government of Telangana; Shri Vemula Prashanth Reddy, Minister of Roads & Building Legislative Affairs and Housing, Government of Telangana; Shri G. Ram Reddy, Chairman, Shri Ch. Ramchandra Reddy, President & Shri D. Murali Krishna Reddy, President-Elect, Shri E. Premsagar Reddy as Secretary, Shri K. Indrasena Reddy, Sri G. Ajay Kumar, Shri C. Jagan Mohan, Shri V. Madhusudhan Reddy as Vice Presidents, and Shri Gopal Pancharia, Shri Pallerla Raju, Shri Y. Saideswar Rao, as Joint Secretaries and Shri B. Panduranga Reddy as Treasurer, CREDAI Telangana, other members & dignitaries.

Telangana Realty sector has been on a constant upswing over the past years while Hyderabad has witnessed rapid office space absorption and corporate realty boom. From amazon’s biggest campus facility in Hyderabad to One Plus’ R&D facility and expansion of the IT/ITeS and residential corridors, Hyderabad has been leading The Golden Run in Realty, thanks to the realtors who are pushing the boundaries of quality and innovation at a rapid pace. Strong performance backed by increased office space absorption has boosted investor confidence, and encouraged new projects across the market. CREATE 2019 is an initiative to recognise unparalleled excellence, and accolade the achievements of real estate companies that have catalysed the growth of the real estate industry across Telangana and have set new benchmarks in realty excellence.

CREATE 2019 is first of its kind award ceremony which identifies and celebrates winners amongst the realtors of Telangana who inspire and promote best practices and champion the feat of creating value, delivering quality, and bringing innovation to the front foot in different facets of Real Estate all over Telangana State. The awards are broadly classified into two categories – Hyderabad and Other CREDAI chapters – Warangal, Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Khammam, Mahbubnagar, and Bhadradri Kothagudem. The renowned research and rating agency CRISIL, the knowledge partner for CREATE 2019 acted as the unbiased jury and identified the best projects in different categories to be awarded.

Speaking on the occasion Mr. G Ram Reddy, Chairman, CREDAI Telangana said, “CREDAI is the voice of the real estate sector and works closely with the Government in the formulation of the policies and guidelines for the real estate sector both at state and national level. Telangana has been at the forefront of the State’s realty progress. CREDAI members are contributing to 90% of the real estate activity in the state and are working closely with the government to drive the growth. The Second edition of ‘CREATE 2019’ is designed to recognize and reward excellence in different aspects of construction, by the best developers (CREDAI members) in the state. We thank all our dignitaries, CREDAI members, participants, winners and our guests for taking time out from their busy schedules to felicitate and encourage all the developers and congratulate all the winners of CREATE 2019 awards and wish they continue their great work.”

 Adding to this Mr. Ch. The developer members of CREDAI Telangana across the 11 chapters have come forward to showcase their projects and nominate themselves to any of the 13 categories for Hyderabad and 7 categories for other chapter’s categories. The Jury had a lot of difficulty in identifying the winners of CREATE 2019. The event was a grand success with over 103 registrations and more than 750 attendees. We congratulate the winners of CREATE 2019 and hope they continue to participate in the development of the state and help make Telangana State a model for real estate development and innovation for other states to emulate.”
