An entrepreneur alone will know the hard road that entrepreneurship is. It is lonely, tough and time taking. While you make loads of associates during this journey, you may lose lot of friends because of your busy schedule.

Now, in this daunting stage you, as a startup founder may have tons of questions like – how to market the product? How to scale it up? Should you begin tracking the metrics? Should you sell to end customers or make your product as an input to other businesses, entering the B2B segment? Entering the ‘early stage’ startup era, you are bound to have these questions, and it is completely normal. This is when #PNCamp3 comes into picture, to provide a platform for you to meet mentors and other similar businessmen who will share their experiences and help you get rid of your doubts.

What is the event about?

The whole idea behind the #PNCamp is to get successful startup founders and budding entrepreneurs under one roof so that each person can give and take experiences and lessons from each other.

The format of this camp is one of its kind and is not going to be a regular meetup event. The agenda of this event is to have a hands on approach in helping startups find answers to their questions. The PNCamp is structured in such a way that the attendees get real action oriented learning. Some examples of what to expect at this session could include – You are getting only 10 visitors a week? What actual things you can do will be suggested. You are converting less than 1% of visits to leads? Actual changes to your lead form or web site will be suggested. These are actionable insights which you can apply immediately.

What to expect at the event?

As mentioned above, the format of this event is unique and thus the events planned for this camp are also little different. Here are the things that are planned to happen during the camp –

  • Founder Truth or Dare: Yes! You have read it right, there is going to be the classic truth or dare but in a different way. A successful founder will be put on stage and you can ask them anything. The founder on spot will share his/her insights by putting it all out in the open. And in case they refuse to share, well, then the audience is free to give a dare to them
  • Teardowns: In this event, any startups can nominate them self for a tear down from the experts. Now what is a tear down? Once you nominate yourself, the experts will analyze your product/website/sales process/marketing and give you a blunt and honest feedback on each of the processes. Don’t expect any sugar coating from the experts. They will tell it as they see it. It’s almost as if your startup is getting free consulting and mentorship from some of the best minds in the world. Check out PNCamp’s previous teardowns that have actually helped the startups improve their idea, products and services.
  • Pitch Breakups: Here again, startups can nominate and share their pitch deck. Experts will analyze the pitch-deck and give suggestions on optimizing the pitch.

  • Sudheer Koneru: Founder & CEO, Zenoti
