Andhra Pradesh Technology Development & Promotion Centre (APTDC) of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in association with Department of Electronics and IT (DeitY), is organizing a one day Seminar on IPR Management for Startups in Electronics and ICT Sectors.

This Seminar is a platform which provides a comprehensive overview to Startups regarding IPR and its Management for achieving their Business goals. It imparts an understanding of preserving their assets in India & other countries and the competitive advantages offered by IPR protection. Not just that, this seminar will also give a brief overview of Market strategy, Legal tangles, Infringement issues, Agreements and Licensing matters, Commercialization and Funding aspects.

Some of the key aspects would include:

  • Emerging trends in Electronic and Software Patents in India and the world
  • Importance of Copyrights, Industrial Design Rights, Trademarks in enabling the business of startups
  • Litigation, Licensing, Agreements and other strategies to achieve business goals
