#askKTR trended at No1 position in Hyderabad on twitter today with the twitterati bombarding KTR  with questions. Two youngsters Anurag and Aditya who manage the #rocur (rotational curation) handle @wearehyderabad got KTR to curate the handle for 2 hours today from 6PM to 8 PM.

Questions ranged from Industrial Policy in the new state  to developing towns like Warangal, Sircilla, KamaReddy , from potholes to helmet rule and road safety, from his favourite sport and movie stars to his favourite restaurants in the city!

While we have been hearing  so much about the industrial policy, skill development, T Hub incubator and making Telangana power sufficient state in the last one year,  here’s a few tweets that really caught some attention..

Rohith reddy (@rohithcode) pointed how difficult it is for startups to get even a loan of 50k from banks, the IT Minister replied saying “Watch out for the IT policy” . Wonder what the new policy has in store for startups. Fingers crossed.

When questioned about corporate giants with incentives vs encouraging entrepreneurs

and that there will be special incentives for women entrepreneurs too!

on losing out to companies due to competition from other states..

Folks on twitter pointed out that one couldn’t connect to wifi near Tankbund and asked him to give a surprise visit,  the cool minister replied saying he will get it checked.

While he got appreciated for his simplicity that he travels without any escorts on Hyd roads,

he was questioned for abusing a police officer and he apologised for his behaviour with the officer! (How many politicians do that in public!!)

And his favourite heroes are Mahesh, Charan, NTR and many others while Shahrukh Khan is his favourite in Hindi. His favourite city is the Big Apple, NBA his favourite sport while in the US and Seinfeld his favourite show.
