How Beam Cable created the buzz!!!

Beam – A name that emerged as the number one internet service provider in the residential and SME set-ups in the couple of years in Hyderabad has revolutionized the city with their simple motto – “ease of use”.

Beam, A Hyderabad based Technology Start-up has been a part of the race from a decade now with its first services started as Beam Cable Systems Pvt. Ltd. in 2004. The company has experienced a steady growth in both quality and quantity. After a gap of five years from commencement. Beam received an investment cum partnership with ACT group (Atria Convergence Technologies Pvt. Ltd) in 2009 and this event turned the fate of the company. Beam launched its first Fiber to Home services in the same year with the name Beam Fiber and this is bought in the much needed growth to the company. The brand gained popularity with its well connected network across all areas of the city. Beam offered varied personalized plans as per one’s requirements which made it easy to connect. The most important factor to be catered by an internet provider – service and maintenance was well looked in by their dedicated branches that are more than 10-12 in number across the city.

Beam telecom has diversified itself into Broadband, Digital TV, Cable TV, IPTV and their latest Plug and play Wifi kit caters to a innumerable households and multiple businesses each day with utmost quality and speed. Beam has unified all the basic services required and their wholesome effective package is what makes it more usable and preferred among other ISP’s. This futuristic company is sure spreading across more states currently serving Bengaluru also. It is only a matter of time that their effective module of one-stop service for all communications would succeed in multiple cities and across the country. Obviously the most crucial part of the progress is the ability to hold-up their customers keeping them happy and satisfied with the money they are putting in vs the quality they are getting. Maintenance being an integral part needs to be pumped up in bigger cities as wider networks would only require more effort to sustain and keep effective.

Telecommunications being almost the basic needs of the modern man has evolved tremendously over years and is only going to develop into alot more with its futuristic technologies. What holds the key to tap this market is keeping up-to-date with the latest technology and bringing it out easy to the clients, with an ability to help solve any usability or technical issues that could come up every now and then. Beam has definitely proved its metal in Hyderabad in the last couple of years but it still does need to keep up with its customers and only grow its network wider. It could only be a matter of time until a competitor company could en-cash on the negatives of the company and make themselves bigger. Beam Telecom is a simple and effective communication provider and hopefully shall only increase its network and connect the entire country together!!!
