Vikram Vuppala is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and has also done MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of business. Before his innovation, Nephroplus, he worked as a senior associate at Mc Kinsey& company. He was also the Business analyst at ZS associates. With a passion for redefining the dialysis care in the country and making patient smile in spite of being dialyzed is the main reason to start Nephroplus in Hyderabad. Sandeep Gudibanda is also the co-founder of Nephroplus. He is an alumnus of Indian School of Business. As a successful entrepreneur, he has co-founded five companies was a budding entrepreneur for many years and also currently the CEO of Health Pix technologies.

With the experience of talking to all the nephrologists, staff and the dialysis patients, they founded Nephroplus in 2010 in Hyderabad, Which is India’s largest Dialysis Network. It is with a mission to provide quality dialysis at affordable prices. They treat their Dialysis Patients as guests and make their life easier and happier. It prevents the patients from cross- infections through its three main concepts which are Zero Infection kit, 56- step process, and Nephroplus Dialysis Index. Zero infection Kit is a separate kit used for every dialysis patient to prevent Cross infection.56 step process will identify and will eliminate all the sources of the infection. Nephroplus dialysis Index is an Adaption of Australian’s “Good Dialysis Index” which they customized according to the need of the Indian patients. It tracks the patient’s Outcomes and acts accordingly to measure the adequacy and improve the adequacy.

It provides its services across  India Telangana, Bangalore, Chennai and has done more than 50,00 dialysis sessions since its inception.  They have tied up with the hospitals and increased the expansion to 78 centers. They are planning to expand their operations in every district of the country.
